All services are provided based on the selected subscription package and are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.

Accepted Currencies: All payments are processed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and United States Dollar (USD). The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt. The amount charged to your card will be shown in your card's billing currency as determined by your card issuer.

Cardholder Obligations: Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and adhere to merchant policies and rules. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in your service agreement.

The Raya Marketing Gateway name, logo, and branding remain the exclusive property of Raya Marketing Gateway and may not be used without prior written consent.

Raya Marketing Gateway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the three months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns, as outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control.

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
